REGISTRATION
If you want to play football in F.C. Nordhavn, you must contact the club's head of administration by sending an email to kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk
We of course offer trial training before the final fee is charged. After the end of the trial training period, please fill in a registration form and send it to kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk

If there is no available spot on any of our teams, you will be offered a standby spot. All communication takes place via e-mail and the player is responsible for keeping the club updated with the correct and accessible address, e-mail, etc.
After the end of the trial training, the player must register. The form for this can be found on this page. A contingent fee is then sent as a payment bill, but you can via agreement with F.C. Nordhavn's administration be allowed to pay fees via Danish MobilePay (496666). If the membership fee has not been paid within 2 weeks after the due date, a reminder will be sent with an additional fee of DKK 100. If this is not paid either, the player will be deregistered again and the place will go to another. Membership
F.C. Nordhavn is a football club which is based on voluntary work from players and other volunteers. We therefore expect you as a player to support the club and that you also want to participate actively in the club's voluntary work.
The semi-annual contingent to F.C. Nordhavn covers i.a. over the following:
• Club administration
• Fee for registration for DBU tournaments and DBU events
• Various social events
• Balls, bibs, cones and other exercise equipment
• Player's clothing
• DBU Referees for 11-man matches and futsal matches
• For individual teams: coaching expenses
WITHDRAWAL
Write to kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk if you wish to stop playing in F.C. Nordhavn. The withdrawl is only valid if you receive a confirmation. Already paid membership fee is not refundable upon cancellation.

Hvis du vil spille fodbold i F.C. Nordhavn skal du kontakte klubbens administrationschef ved at sende en mail til kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk
Vi tilbyder selvfølgelig prøvetræninger før endelig kontingent opkræves. Efter prøvetræningsperiodens udløb bedes du udfylde en indmeldingsblanket og sende til kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk.

Såfremt der ikke er plads på nogle af vores hold, vil du blive tilbudt en standby-plads. Al kommunikation foregår via e-mail og spilleren er selv ansvarlig for at holde klubben opdateret med korrekt og tilgængelig adresse, e-mail mv.
Efter prøvetræningens udløb skal spilleren meldes ind. Blanket til dette findes på denne side. Herefter fremsendes kontingentopkrævning via indbetalingskort, du kan via aftale med F.C. Nordhavns administration også få lov til at betale kontingent via MobilePay (496666). Såfremt kontingentet ikke er betalt senest 2 uger efter forfald, fremsendes en rykker med et gebyr på 100 kr. Medlemskab
F.C. Nordhavn er en fodboldklub som er baseret på frivilligt arbejde fra spillere og andre intressenter. Vi forventer derfor, at du som spiller bakker op om klubben og at du ligeledes ønsker at deltage aktivt i klubbens frivillige arbejde.
Det halvårlige kontingent til F.C. Nordhavn dækker bl.a. over følgende:
• Klubadministration
• Gebyr ved tilmelding til DBU turneringer og DBU stævner
• Diverse sociale arrangementer
• Bolde, veste, kegler og andet træningsudstyr
• Spillertøj
• DBU Dommer til 11-mandskampe og futsalkampe
• For enkelte hold: trænerudgifter
UDMELDELSE
Skriv til kontakt@fcnordhavn.dk hvis du stopper som spiller i F.C. Nordhavn. Kun gældende såfremt man får en bekræftelse. Allerede betalt kontingent refunderes ikke ved udmeldelse.
